Refund & Exchange Policy
At funglasses.com, every pair of glasses is made to order specifically for you. Because these items are custom-produced and personalized, we cannot accept general returns or offer refunds for "change of mind."
However, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind our quality and will make it right if a mistake is made on our end.
Reporting Issues (7-Day Window)
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange if there is a manufacturing defect or an error in your order. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges for Mistakes
We only replace items if we made an error (e.g., wrong design, wrong frame style, or printing defect). To start an exchange:
- Contact us at hello@funglasses.com with your order number.
- Please include a clear photo of the item showing the mistake or defect.
- If your exchange is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are personalized and custom-decorated, we do not accept returns for:
- Standard "change of mind" or buyer's remorse.
- Sale items or gift cards.
- Items where the customer provided incorrect customization details (e.g., spelling errors in a custom name).
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, the "14-day cooling-off period" (right of withdrawal) does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. As every pair of Funglasses is custom-made to order, all sales are final once production begins, except in cases of manufacturing errors.
Refunds
If an exchange is not possible (e.g., the product is out of stock), we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item to let you know if a refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
